I work alone, and that is the point: the person who listens to the problem is the person who writes the code and the person who hands it over.Nothing changes hands between selling, coordinating and building.
THE PROBLEM
Fragmentation, not a shortage of tools
Most companies already have a CRM, an ERP, spreadsheets,forms and chat.What is missing is a system that makes them work together.The cost is invisible: time lost, inconsistent data, unclear ownership, decisions deferred.
THE METHOD
Understand the flow, build the useful piece, make the system work
I listen to the people inside the process and identify the bottleneck,the data sources, the exceptions and who owns the outcome.Then I build the right output.Then I test it, document it and hand it over, because a useful system has to be governable without me.
THE LIMITS
What I don't promise
I don't guarantee leads, sales or legal compliance.I don't replace the judgement of people who know their own work.I don't use AI as a promise: it enters when it removes a concrete step and can be controlled, with the data, the limits and the human review spelled out.
How I work
- I understand the problemI look at the process as it actually runs, not as it is described.Who does it, how often, where it jams, what it costs to leave it alone.
- I set the scopeI write down what is in and what is out before opening the editor.Explicit scope is what makes a quote honest and a delivery verifiable.
- I buildI make the smallest version that solves the whole problem, and put it in the hands of the people who will use it until it holds up under real work.
- I make the system maintainableI leave readable code, accounts in your name, few dependencies and all of them declared.If you stop working with me, the system stays yours and keeps running.
